The Fort Lupton Fire Protection District, located in southern Weld County immediately north of Brighton, is recruiting a Training Officer to lead all aspects of the training program for our department. 

We are a combination department with 42 career line personnel, 2 volunteers, and 9 administrative staff that respond to around 1,800 calls per year from 3 stations.  We have a robust training budget, large multi-classroom training center, five-story class A burn building, driving pad, training/reserve engine, and more.  

At this time this is being recruited as a Training Captain position, with an annual salary range of $120,000.00 - $132,300.00.  Benefits include FPPA Retirement, 3% matching into your 403(b), excellent health/vision/dental (district pays 100% of employee and 80% of family premiums), and more.
